Practical advice from an ordinary guy and founder of 'Joe Bloggs Talks'.
Joe Hilton is a full-time NHS worker and self-professed ‘ordinary’ guy who has used his experiences and the principles laid out in this book start to lead a more fulfilling life, with a healthier mindset.
While Joe has not had to overcome any life-changing adversity, he has suffered with his mental health as he tried to find his path and, as a result, he invested many hours into his own personal growth and wants to share that knowledge with others. Addressing topics such as gaining control of your life, finding yourself and dealing with doubt, this book can be read cover-to-cover or dipped into on a chapter-by-chapter basis, but make sure you have a pen handy as there’s lots of room to make your own notes.
