Sheena Tanna-Shah is a thirty-six-year-old mum of two girls, Optometrist, Rapid Transformation Therapy Practitioner, Life Coach, NLP Practitioner, Nutritionist and Mindfulness and Meditation Practitioner. She suffered from crippling anxiety for a large part of her life. It was only when she had her two girls that she knew she had to change. After discovering mindfulness and meditation she went from anxiety taking over her life to running two businesses, still being an optometrist and loving being a mum. She lives and works in Northamptonshire.
