Now at the beginning of the 21st century, the supersized Soviet Union is falling apart. There is much unrest among its one and a half billion inhabitants. The economy crashes, causing the Red state to slip back to the dark ages.
The Central Committee demand a permanent solution be found to the chaos. They plan to restore order by bringing Terror to all the peoples of the Soviet Union.

Martin M. McShane lives in Wembley, London. Before his career in international finance, he lives and worked in New Zealand and Australia. While working for the Australian Royal Navy, he completed a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Macquarie University, Sydney. Thereafter, he worked on weapons systems and was in charge of secure communications for Royal Australian Naval ships at anchor in Sydney harbour. When he returned to the UK, he got a job for a city firm in international asset management. He now works as a programme manager, specialising in new country entry for business development.
