When a tiny alien interrupts Billy Hollingworth’s dreams to tell him that the world will end next Wednesday teatime, he thinks he’s going crazy. But, when the same alien appears in Billy’s back garden, he is forced to begin a terrifying adventure.

Jo Withers currently resides in Adelaide, South Australia where she works in her local preschool. Previously, Jo spent the first twenty years of her life growing up in Tameside, Greater Manchester before moving to Cardiff, South Wales during her university years. After leaving Cardiff university with a degree in English Literature, Jo returned to the north of England and lived in Marple, Stockport for several years before making the journey to Oz.
Jo writes poetry, short stories, theatre reviews and micro-fiction and has been published in magazines and websites around the world. In 2017, her story ‘Job Seekers Club’ won The Caterpillar Story for Children Prize.
