He has a longstanding interest in Russia, its people, its history, and its culture. He spent five years studying and working in Moscow in both Soviet and post-Soviet times. Against a backdrop of developing East-West diplomatic and business ties, Will discovers some disconcerting aspects of life in Moscow, with threatening consequences for himself and his two companions.
