The Four Corners of a Farthing

When you have just walked through a wall into another world, it?s hard to guess what might be about to happen next. The intrepid dwarf Feorling finds himself in just this situation, and it is only the start of his exciting adventures. He sets out to find why he is there, and what his quest is to be. He soon realises that he must pit himself against the sinister, greedy Feigner, who exploits the downtrodden dwarf population for his own ends. Feorling must keep his wits about him as he comes up against Feigner?s champion, the arrogant Nixter, with only a magnetic pencil to help him. And he braves a ghostly woodland from where no other dwarf has returned, looking for someone who might help him in his quest. Again and again Feorling must keep a cool head to save his own life and keep his quest alive. Throughout the book the tension mounts as he is confronted by different challenges. Can he evade a fiery monster? Can he walk on water? Can he outrun the vicious guard rats? And at the end of the day, will he succeed in his task and see justice for the dwarfs?
