Douglas the Dragon

Douglas the Dragon
Douglas the Dragon isn't like ordinary dragons - he's friendly, loving and helpful and likes nothing better than playing and singing with the children in the village square. Until, that is, he gets too big and clumsy and becomes angry. He accidentally burns down his neighbour's house and sets fire to the Mayor's trousers. Exiled from the village and feeling unloved, angry and unwanted, Douglas goes to live in a hilltop castle and begins a long campaign of terror against his former friends and neighbours. The villagers are helpless in the face of Douglas the Ferocious dragon until one day a travelling wizard tells them that it's only the children of Marfield (though not grumpy ones!) who have the power to change him...
